Ashtavakra Gita 2.15 meaning

jnanam jneyam tatha jnata tritayam n-asti vastavam ajnanad bhati yatr-edam soham asmi niranjanah

Knowledge, the known and the knower: this triad is not truly real. I am that spotless reality in which this triad appears through ignorance.

What it means
In moments of deep absorption, in music, nature or work, the sense of 'me here, that there' fades. Those moments hint at a unity beneath everyday experience, and that is why they feel so peaceful.

Spoken by Janaka.
