kva mrityur jeevitam va kva lokah kv-asya kva laukikam
kva layah kva samadhir va svamahimni sthitasya me
क्व मृत्युर्जीवितं वा क्व लोकाः क्वास्य क्व लौकिकम्।
क्व लयः क्व समाधिर्वा स्वमहिम्नि स्थितस्य मे॥
Where is death or life, where are the worlds and worldly affairs? Where is dissolution and where is deep meditation, for me who rests in my own glory?

Life and death feel like the biggest opposites. Yet there is something in you that watches both ideas without being either. That understanding softens the fear of endings.हिंदी में अर्थ
कहाँ मृत्यु या जीवन, कहाँ लोक और कहाँ सांसारिक बातें? कहाँ लय और कहाँ समाधि, मेरे लिए जो अपनी महिमा में स्थित हूँ?
जीवन और मृत्यु सबसे बड़े विरोधी लगते हैं। पर हमारे भीतर कुछ है जो दोनों को देखता है और दोनों में से कोई नहीं है। यह समझ अंत के डर को नरम करती है।
