Ashtavakra Gita 18.82 meaning
na shantam stauti nishkamo na dushtam api nindati
samaduhkhasukhas triptah kinchit krityam na pashyati
न शान्तं स्तौति निष्कामो न दुष्टमपि निन्दति।
समदुःखसुखस्तृप्तः किंचित्कृत्यं न पश्यति॥
Free of desire, he does not praise the calm or blame the wicked. Equal in sorrow and joy, and fully content, he sees nothing he is obliged to do.

Constantly judging people as good or bad keeps the mind busy and heavy. When you stop needing to rank others, you become lighter, kinder and more content with what is.हिंदी में अर्थ
इच्छा-रहित होकर वह न शांत की प्रशंसा करता है, न दुष्ट की निंदा। सुख-दुख में सम और संतुष्ट, उसे कोई काम करना अनिवार्य नहीं लगता।
लोगों को लगातार अच्छा-बुरा ठहराना मन को भारी रखता है। जब दूसरों को आँकने की ज़रूरत नहीं रहती, तो हम हल्के, दयालु और संतुष्ट हो जाते हैं।
