Ashtavakra Gita 18.23 meaning

kutrapi na jihasasti nasho vapi na kutrachit atmaramasya dheerasya sheetalachchataratmanah

The steady one who delights in the Self wants to give up nothing and loses nothing anywhere. His inner being stays cool and perfectly clear.

What it means
When you are at home in yourself, you stop clutching and stop fearing loss. Nothing needs to be pushed away. That inner coolness is not indifference; it is the calm of having nothing to defend.

Spoken by Ashtavakra.
