Ashtavakra Gita 17.19 meaning
nirmamo nirahankaro na kinchid iti nishchitah
antargalitasarvashah kurvann api karoti na
निर्ममो निरहंकारो न किंचिदिति निश्चितः।
अन्तर्गलितसर्वाशः कुर्वन्नपि करोति न॥
Without 'mine,' without ego, sure that nothing really matters in that way, all desires melted within — he does not act, even while acting.

When ego and possessiveness drop, work still happens, but it no longer feels heavy or personal. You do it fully, yet it doesn't weigh on you.हिंदी में अर्थ
ममता और अहंकार से मुक्त, यह पक्का जानकर कि कुछ भी नहीं है, भीतर की सारी आशाएँ गल चुकी हैं — वह करते हुए भी नहीं करता।
जब अहं और ममता छूटते हैं, काम होता रहता है पर भारी या निजी नहीं लगता। आप पूरे मन से करते हैं, फिर भी वह बोझ नहीं बनता।
