Ashtavakra Gita 13.2 meaning

kutr-api khedah kayasya jihva kutr-api khidyate manah kutr-api tat tyaktva purusharthe sthitah sukham

Somewhere the body gets tired, somewhere the tongue tires, somewhere the mind. Leaving all that, I rest happily in life's true aim.

What it means
Every kind of effort wears something out — your body, your voice, your mind. Underneath all that tiredness there is a part of you that never gets exhausted. Resting there renews you.

Spoken by Janaka.
