Yoga Sutras 4.12 meaning
ateet-anagatam svaroopatosty adhvabhedad dharmanam
अतीतानागतं स्वरूपतोऽस्त्यध्वभेदाद्धर्माणाम्॥
Past and future exist in their own form; the difference lies only in the path, or time-phase, of their qualities.
