Yoga Sutras 4.1 meaning
janm-aushadhi-mantra-tapah-samadhijah siddhayah
जन्मौषधिमन्त्रतपःसमाधिजाः सिद्धयः॥
Special powers can come from birth, from herbs, from mantras, from disciplined austerity, or from samādhi.
