Yoga Sutras 3.43 meaning
bahir akalpita vrittir mahavideha tatah prakash-avarana-kshayah
When the mind truly functions beyond the body, not merely in imagination, it is called the great disembodied state; from it, the covering over the inner light is destroyed.
What it means
We usually feel trapped inside our skin and our small concerns. Expanding awareness beyond the body and the self-image lifts the veil and lets a much clearer, wider light shine through.
Spoken by Patanjali.
