Yoga Sutras 3.31 meaning
koormanadyam sthairyam
By saṃyama on the kūrma nāḍī, the 'tortoise channel' below the throat, one gains complete steadiness.
What it means
Like a tortoise drawing in its limbs, you can draw your energy inward and become steady. When life gets chaotic, pulling attention back to your centre is how you stay grounded.
Spoken by Patanjali.
