Yoga Sutras 3.13 meaning
etena bhoot-endriyeshu dharma-lakshan-avastha-parinama vyakhyatah
एतेन भूतेन्द्रियेषु धर्मलक्षणावस्थापरिणामा व्याख्याताः॥
In the same way, the changes of form, time and condition in the elements and the senses are explained.
