Yoga Sutras 2.28 meaning
yogang-anushthanad ashuddhikshaye jnanadeeptir a vivekakhyateh
योगाङ्गानुष्ठानादशुद्धिक्षये ज्ञानदीप्तिराविवेकख्यातेः॥
By practising the limbs of yoga, impurities wear away, and the light of knowledge shines brighter, until full discernment dawns.
