Yoga Sutras 1.46 meaning
ta eva sabeejah samadhih
ता एव सबीजः समाधिः॥
All these forms of absorption are still 'with seed' — meaning some trace of an object remains.

Even deep calm can still carry seeds of old patterns. This honesty is useful: a good experience in meditation is progress, but not the finish line. Keep going gently.हिंदी में अर्थ
ये सभी समापत्तियाँ 'सबीज' समाधि ही हैं — अर्थात इनमें किसी विषय का बीज अभी बाकी रहता है।
गहरी शांति में भी पुराने संस्कारों के बीज रह सकते हैं। यह ईमानदारी उपयोगी है: ध्यान में अच्छा अनुभव प्रगति है, अंतिम लक्ष्य नहीं। धीरे-धीरे चलते रहें।
