Yoga Sutras 1.24 meaning
klesha-karma-vipak-ashayair aparamrishtah purushavishesha eeshvarah
क्लेशकर्मविपाकाशयैरपरामृष्टः पुरुषविशेष ईश्वरः॥
God is a special being, untouched by troubles, by actions, by their results, and by the stored-up traces they leave behind.
What it means
We are pushed by our past actions and their echoes. The idea of a being completely free of that gives us a picture of what freedom looks like — something to turn towards.हिंदी में अर्थ
ईश्वर एक विशेष पुरुष हैं, जिन्हें दुःख, कर्म, कर्मों के फल और उनके संचित संस्कार छू भी नहीं पाते।
हम अपने पुराने कर्मों और उनकी गूँज से प्रभावित होते हैं। ऐसे पूर्ण मुक्त ईश्वर की धारणा हमें दिखाती है कि आज़ादी कैसी होती है — जिसकी ओर मुड़ा जा सके।
