कच्चिन्मन्त्रयसे नैकः कच्चिन्न बहुभिः सह।
कच्चित्ते मन्त्रितो मन्त्रो राष्ट्रं न परिधावति॥
Do you avoid deciding things all alone, and also avoid deciding with too many people? And does a plan you have settled on stay private instead of running around the kingdom?
What it means
