गर्जति शरदि न वर्षति वर्षति वर्षासु निःस्वनो मेघः ।
नीचो वदति न कुरुते वदति न साधुः करोत्येव ॥
In autumn the cloud thunders but does not rain; in the monsoon it rains without a sound. A petty person talks and does nothing; a good person says nothing and simply does it.
