jnatibhir vantyate naiva chorenapi na neeyate
dane naiva kshayam yati vidyaratnam mahadhanam
ज्ञातिभिर्वण्ट्यते नैव चोरेणापि न नीयते ।
दाने नैव क्षयं याति विद्यारत्नं महाधनम् ॥
Relatives cannot divide it, thieves cannot carry it off, and giving it away never makes it smaller. The jewel of learning is a great treasure.
