Shiva Panchakshara Stotra 3 meaning
shivaya gaureevadan-abjavrinda-sooryaya daksh-adhvaranashakaya
shreeneelakanthaya vrishadhvajaya tasmai shikaraya namah shivaya
शिवाय गौरीवदनाब्जवृन्दसूर्याय दक्षाध्वरनाशकाय।
श्रीनीलकण्ठाय वृषध्वजाय तस्मै शिकाराय नमः शिवाय॥
To the auspicious one, the sun who makes the lotus face of Gauri bloom, destroyer of Daksha's arrogant sacrifice; the blue-throated one whose banner bears the bull—to that Shiva, the syllable ‘Shi’, I bow.
What it means
Shiva brings joy to those he loves and stands firmly against arrogance. His blue throat recalls swallowing poison to save the world—real strength often means quietly bearing pain for others.हिंदी में अर्थ
जो कल्याणकारी हैं, गौरी के कमल-मुख को खिलाने वाले सूर्य हैं, दक्ष के अहंकार भरे यज्ञ को नष्ट करने वाले हैं; नीले कंठ वाले, जिनके ध्वज पर बैल है—उस ‘शि’ अक्षर रूप शिव को नमस्कार।
शिव अपनों को खुशी देते हैं और अहंकार के खिलाफ़ डटकर खड़े होते हैं। नीला कंठ याद दिलाता है कि सच्ची ताकत अक्सर दूसरों के लिए चुपचाप दर्द सहने में है।
