Rigveda 10.191.3 meaning
samano mantrah samitih samanee samanam manah saha chittam esham
samanam mantram abhi mantraye vah samanena vo havisha juhomi
समानो मन्त्रः समितिः समानी समानं मनः सह चित्तमेषाम्।
समानं मन्त्रमभि मन्त्रये वः समानेन वो हविषा जुहोमि॥
Let your counsel be common, your assembly common, your minds and thoughts united. I offer you a common purpose and make a shared offering for you all.

Unity grows from shared goals and shared effort. When a group truly agrees on what it is working toward, decisions get easier and conflicts lose much of their sting.हिंदी में अर्थ
तुम्हारी सलाह एक हो, सभा एक हो, मन और विचार एक हों। मैं तुम्हें एक साझा लक्ष्य देता हूँ और तुम सबके लिए साझा आहुति देता हूँ।
एकता साझे लक्ष्य और साझी मेहनत से बनती है। जब पूरा समूह एक मकसद पर सहमत हो, तो फैसले आसान और झगड़े कम हो जाते हैं।
