मंत्र जाप मम दृढ़ बिस्वासा। पंचम भजन सो बेद प्रकासा।।
छठ दम सील बिरति बहु करमा। निरत निरंतर सज्जन धरमा।।
The fifth devotion is repeating my name with firm faith, as the Vedas teach. The sixth is self-control, good character, letting go of too many activities, and always following the way of good people.

पाँचवीं भक्ति है दृढ़ विश्वास के साथ मेरे मंत्र का जाप, जैसा वेद बताते हैं। छठी है इंद्रियों पर संयम, अच्छा चरित्र, बहुत से कामों से वैराग्य और सदा सज्जनों के धर्म में लगे रहना।
नाम का जाप और संयमित जीवन साथ-साथ चलते हैं। जाप मन को शांत करता है और अच्छा आचरण उस शांति को बनाए रखता है। आस्था रोज़ के जीने का तरीका भी है।
