I take refuge in Hanuman—swift as the mind, fast as the wind, master of his senses, foremost among the wise, son of the wind god, chief of the monkey army, and Shri Rama's messenger.

What it means
Hanuman combines speed, self-control and intelligence, all in service of a higher purpose. Before a challenge, this verse reminds you that energy plus discipline plus wisdom is unbeatable.

Spoken by Budha Kaushika.
