One whose mind is not pierced by the arrows of a lover's glances, not burned by the fire of anger, and not dragged by the many pleasures with nooses of greed: that steady person conquers all three worlds.
What it means
Attraction, anger and greed are the three big pulls on the mind. Whoever stays steady before them has real power, greater than any outward victory. Master yourself and you master your life.
