Nirvana Shatakam 2 meaning
I am not the life-breath, nor the five vital airs; not the seven tissues of the body, nor its five sheaths. I am not the organs of speech, hands, feet, or of reproduction and excretion. I am awareness and bliss—I am Shiva.
What it means
Your body is precious, but it is not the whole of you. On days you feel unwell or unhappy with how you look, remember there is a deeper you that no illness can touch.
Spoken by Adi Shankaracharya.
