tasminn ananyata tadvirodhish-oodaseenata cha
तस्मिन्ननन्यता तद्विरोधिषूदासीनता च॥

What it means
Love grows where attention goes. Give the Divine your undivided heart, and simply stop feeding the habits and distractions that pull you away. You do not have to fight them; just stop giving them energy.हिंदी में अर्थ
इसका अर्थ है ईश्वर में पूरी, अटूट एकाग्रता और उस प्रेम के विरोधी हर चीज़ के प्रति उदासीनता।
जहाँ ध्यान जाता है, प्रेम वहीं बढ़ता है। ईश्वर को पूरा दिल दें, और जो आदतें दूर खींचती हैं उन्हें बस ऊर्जा देना बंद कर दें। उनसे लड़ने की ज़रूरत नहीं।
