This love is free of conditions, free of selfish desire, grows every moment, never breaks, is extremely subtle, and is known only through direct experience.
What it means
Compare this to ordinary love, which often fades, bargains, or breaks under stress. Divine love keeps growing and asks for nothing. It is a high standard, but even glimpses of it can transform how we love people.
