The one who spends time in quiet solitude, uproots worldly bondage, rises above the three qualities of nature, and stops worrying about gaining and keeping things.
What it means
Regular time alone, away from noise and screens, helps you see clearly. So does dropping the constant anxiety of acquiring more and protecting what you have. A quieter, lighter life makes space for something deeper.
Spoken by Narada.
