उपनिषदं भो ब्रूहीत्युक्ता त उपनिषद्ब्राह्मीं वाव त।
उपनिषदमब्रूमेति॥
The student said, 'Sir, teach me the secret wisdom.' The teacher replied, 'The secret wisdom has been told to you. We have truly told you the secret wisdom of Brahman.'

शिष्य ने कहा, 'गुरुदेव, मुझे रहस्य-ज्ञान बताइए।' गुरु ने कहा, 'रहस्य-ज्ञान तुम्हें बता दिया गया है। हमने तुम्हें ब्रह्म का रहस्य-ज्ञान सच में कह दिया है।'
कभी-कभी हम और रहस्य माँगते रहते हैं जबकि जवाब पहले ही मिल चुका होता है। अगला कदम और जानकारी नहीं, बल्कि जो जानते हो उसे जीना और उस पर विचार करना है।
