ath-adhyatmam yad etad gachchat-eeva cha manonena
cha-itad upasmaraty-abheekshnam sankalpah
अथाध्यात्मं यदेतद्गच्छतीव च मनोऽनेन।
चैतदुपस्मरत्यभीक्ष्णं सङ्कल्पः॥
Now, in relation to ourselves: it is that towards which the mind seems to move, by which the mind remembers it again and again, and from which our deep intentions arise.

तुम्हारे भीतर पवित्र तत्व मन के अर्थ की ओर खिंचाव और बार-बार लौटने वाले संकल्पों के रूप में दिखता है। ध्यान दो, तुम्हारा दिल बार-बार क्या याद करता है।
