Kena Upanishad 2.4 meaning
pratibodhaviditam matam amritatvam hi vindate
atmana vindate veeryam vidyaya vindatemritam
प्रतिबोधविदितं मतममृतत्वं हि विन्दते।
आत्मना विन्दते वीर्यं विद्यया विन्दतेऽमृतम्॥
It is truly known when it is recognised in every moment of awareness, and by this one gains immortality. Through the Self one gains strength, and through knowledge one gains the deathless.
What it means
The divine is not found in one special moment but in every moment of being aware. Recognising that steady awareness behind all experience gives a strength no circumstance can take away.हिंदी में अर्थ
वह तब सच में जाना जाता है जब हर अनुभव में उसे पहचाना जाए, और इसी से अमरता मिलती है। आत्मा से बल मिलता है और ज्ञान से अमरता।
ईश्वर किसी एक खास पल में नहीं, हर सजग पल में मिलता है। हर अनुभव के पीछे की स्थिर चेतना को पहचानना ऐसी ताकत देता है जो कोई हालात छीन नहीं सकते।
