avyaktat tu parah purusho vyapakolinga eva cha
yam jnatva muchyate jantur amritatvam cha gachchati
Beyond the unmanifest is the Purusha, all-pervading and without any mark. Knowing him, a living being is freed and reaches immortality.
What it means
The deepest reality has no label or shape, yet it fills everything. Knowing it is freedom: not from life, but from the fear that comes with seeing ourselves as small and alone.
Spoken by Yama.
