अरण्योर्निहितो जातवेदा गर्भ इव सुभृतो गर्भिणीभिः।
दिवे दिव ईड्यो जागृवद्भिर्हविष्मद्भिर्मनुष्येभिरग्निः। एतद्वै तत्॥
Fire, hidden in the two fire-sticks and guarded like an unborn child by its mother, is honoured day after day by wakeful people bringing offerings. This, truly, is That.

अग्नि लकड़ी में छिपी रहती है जब तक उसे ध्यान से जलाया न जाए। वैसे ही हमारे भीतर की दिव्य चिंगारी को जगने के लिए रोज़ की सजग साधना चाहिए।
