anady-anantam mahatah param dhruvam nichayya tan mrityumukhat pramuchyate
That which has no sound, no touch, no form, no taste and no smell, which is unchanging and eternal, without beginning or end, beyond the great and ever steady: knowing that, one is freed from the jaws of death.
What it means
What is truly lasting cannot be seen, heard or touched. Recognising that changeless reality within us loosens the grip that the fear of death holds on our lives.
Spoken by Yama.
