Anger destroys relationships and peace, while forgiveness brings in something divine. Every time you choose to forgive instead of rage, you make room for goodness in your life. How it helps in real life
- When you are angry: Your flatmate broke your new headphones. Notice the rage rising, take a walk around the block, then talk about replacing them calmly.
- In love & marriage: Your partner apologised for forgetting your anniversary. Forgive properly instead of bringing it up in every fight for a year.
