kahata to bahuta mila, gahata mila na koy
so kahata vah jan de, jo nahin gahata hoy
कहता तो बहुता मिला, गहता मिला न कोय ।
सो कहता वह जान दे, जो नहिं गहता होय ॥
I met many who talk, but none who hold on to what they say. Let go of the talker who does not practise.
