Kabir says the patient elephant eats its fill with dignity, while the impatient dog runs from house to house for a single scrap.

What it means
Patience brings dignity and abundance; desperation brings restlessness and very little. Stay calm and steady in your efforts. Rushing around anxiously rarely gives you more.

How it helps in real life

Spoken by Kabir.
