Isha Upanishad Śānti Pāṭha meaning
ॐ poornam adah poornam idam poornat poornam udachyate
poornasya poornam adaya poornam ev-avashishyate
ॐ shantih shantih shantih
ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पूर्णमुदच्यते।
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते॥
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः॥
That is whole, this is whole. From the whole, the whole arises. Take the whole away from the whole, and the whole still remains. Om, peace, peace, peace.
What it means
You are not a fragment that needs fixing. The same fullness behind the universe is present in you, and nothing taken away can make it less. Start from that wholeness instead of from lack.हिंदी में अर्थ
वह पूर्ण है, यह भी पूर्ण है। पूर्ण से ही पूर्ण प्रकट होता है। पूर्ण में से पूर्ण निकाल लो, तब भी पूर्ण ही बचा रहता है। ॐ शांति, शांति, शांति।
तुम कोई अधूरा टुकड़ा नहीं हो जिसे जोड़ना पड़े। जो पूर्णता पूरे संसार में है, वही तुममें भी है। कुछ खो जाने से वह घटती नहीं।
