Chandogya Upanishad 3.14.1 meaning
sarvam khalv-idam brahma
tajjalan iti shanta upaseeta
सर्वं खल्विदं ब्रह्म
तज्जलानिति शान्त उपासीत ॥
All of this is truly Brahman. Everything is born from it, dissolves into it and lives by it — so meditate on it with a calm mind.
What it means
Nothing is outside the sacred: the busy street, your work desk, the people who annoy you. Seeing everything as part of one reality makes it easier to stay calm and kind wherever you are.हिंदी में अर्थ
यह सब कुछ सचमुच ब्रह्म ही है। सब उसी से जन्मता है, उसी में लीन होता है और उसी से जीता है — इसलिए शांत मन से उसका ध्यान करो।
पवित्रता से बाहर कुछ नहीं — भीड़ भरी सड़क, आपकी मेज़, चिढ़ाने वाले लोग भी नहीं। सबको एक ही सत्य का हिस्सा देखें, तो हर जगह शांत और दयालु रहना आसान होता है।
