Chanakya Niti 4.3 meaning
darshanadhyana-sansparshair matsee koormee cha pakshinee
shishum palayate nityam tatha sajjanasangatih
दर्शनध्यानसंस्पर्शैर्मत्सी कूर्मी च पक्षिणी ।
शिशुं पालयते नित्यं तथा सज्जनसंगतिः ॥
A fish raises its young by watching them, a tortoise by thinking of them, and a bird by touch. In the same way, the company of good people constantly nourishes us.
