Separation from a loved one, insult from one's own people, a debt left unpaid, serving a bad master, and a friend who turns away when you become poor — these five burn the body without fire.
What it means
Some pains are invisible but deeply draining. Avoid debt where you can, choose your workplace carefully, and keep relationships healthy. Recognising these silent burdens is the first step to lightening them.
