Chanakya Niti 15.4 meaning

kuchailinam dantamal-opadharinam bahvashinam nishthurabhashinam cha sooryodaye ch-astamite shayanam vimunchati shreer yadi chakrapanih

Prosperity leaves the person who wears dirty clothes, has unclean teeth, overeats, speaks harshly, and sleeps at sunrise and sunset, even if that person were Vishnu himself.

What it means
Success rests on daily basics: hygiene, moderate eating, kind speech and a healthy routine. No talent or status can make up for neglecting them. Small habits quietly decide big outcomes.

Spoken by Chanakya.
