adhokshajalambham ih-ashubhatmanah shareerinah sansritichakrashatanam
tad brahmanirvanasukham vidur budhas tato bhajadhvam hridaye hrideeshvaram
अधोक्षजालम्भमिहाशुभात्मनः शरीरिणः संसृतिचक्रशातनम्।
तद्ब्रह्मनिर्वाणसुखं विदुर्बुधास्ततो भजध्वं हृदये हृदीश्वरम्॥
Reaching the Lord cuts the wheel of birth and death for even a troubled soul. The wise call this the bliss of Brahman. So worship the Lord of the heart within your own heart.

शांति पाने के लिए दूर जाने की ज़रूरत नहीं; उसका स्रोत आपके हृदय में ही है। कुछ मिनट भीतर मुड़ना भी एक तीर्थयात्रा हो सकता है।
