Srimad Bhagavatam 7.11.7 meaning
dharmamoolam hi bhagavan sarvavedamayo harih
smritam cha tadvidam rajan yena ch-atma praseedati
The Lord Hari, who is the essence of all the Vedas, is the root of dharma. So is the tradition of those who know him, O king, and whatever truly brings peace to the heart.
What it means
When choosing what is right, look to timeless wisdom, to good people, and to what leaves your heart truly at peace. Those three rarely point in different directions.
Spoken by Narada.
