Srimad Bhagavatam 2.2.37 meaning
pibanti ye bhagavata atmanah satam kathamritam shravanaputeshu sambhritam
punanti te vishayavidooshit-ashayam vrajanti tach charanasaroruh-antikam
Those who drink, through the cups of their ears, the nectar of stories about the Lord told by good people purify their hearts polluted by sense objects and come close to his lotus feet.
What it means
What you listen to shapes your heart. Choose to fill your ears with what is uplifting, and the noise that pollutes your mind will slowly lose its hold.
