Srimad Bhagavatam 2.1.5 meaning
tasmad bharata sarvatma bhagavan eeshvaro harih
shrotavyah keertitavyash cha smartavyash chechchatabhayam
तस्माद्भारत सर्वात्मा भगवानीश्वरो हरिः।
श्रोतव्यः कीर्तितव्यश्च स्मर्तव्यश्चेच्छताभयम्॥
Therefore, O descendant of Bharata, one who wishes to be free of fear should hear about, sing about and remember Hari, the Lord who is the Self of all.
What it means
Fear grows when we feel alone and unprotected. Shuka offers a simple practice: listen, sing, remember. Filling the mind with the divine slowly replaces anxiety with trust.हिंदी में अर्थ
इसलिए हे भरतवंशी! जो भय से मुक्त होना चाहता है, उसे सबकी आत्मा भगवान हरि के बारे में सुनना, उनका गुणगान करना और उन्हें याद करना चाहिए।
डर तब बढ़ता है जब हम खुद को अकेला और असुरक्षित महसूस करते हैं। शुकदेव सरल उपाय बताते हैं: सुनो, गाओ, याद करो। मन में भगवान को भरने से चिंता धीरे-धीरे भरोसे में बदलती है।
