Srimad Bhagavatam 11.18.22 meaning
anveekshet-atmano bandham moksham cha jnananishthaya
bandha indriyavikshepo moksha esham cha sanyamah
With steady knowledge, one should examine one's own bondage and freedom. Bondage is the senses scattering outward; freedom is holding them in check.
What it means
Freedom is not far away; it begins whenever you gently gather your scattered attention back from screens, cravings and worries. Each moment of self-control is a small taste of liberation.
Spoken by Krishna.
