Control your speech, control your mind, control your breath and senses. Guide yourself by your own higher self, and you will not have to walk the road of rebirth again.
What it means
Self-mastery starts with small things: pausing before speaking, noticing your thoughts, breathing slowly. These simple daily practices, repeated with patience, gradually lead to a deep and lasting freedom.
Spoken by Krishna.
