Partha, with your mind attached to me, practising yoga and relying on me, listen to how you will come to know me fully, without any doubt.
What it means
Krishna opens a new teaching: knowing the divine fully, not just in fragments. It starts with a heart that is engaged and a mind that leans on something larger than itself. How it helps in real life
- Studies & exams: Reading spiritual quotes in bits on Instagram? Pick one book and read a page daily with full attention instead.
- When you are worried: Facing a big life change alone? Lean on something larger; start your day with a short prayer and one intention.
Spoken by Krishna.
