Bhagavad Gita 5.9 meaning

pralapan visrijan grihnann unmishan nimishann api indriyaneendriyartheshu vartanta iti dharayan

Talking, letting go, grasping, opening and closing the eyes, they hold firmly that the senses are simply moving among their objects.

What it means
Watch your daily actions like a calm observer: the eyes see, the hands hold, the tongue speaks. Stepping back this way loosens ego's grip and helps you stay steady amid busy life.

Spoken by Krishna.
