Bhagavad Gita 3.7 meaning

yas tv-indriyani manasa niyamy-arabhaterjuna karmendriyaih karmayogam asaktah sa vishishyate

But Arjuna, the one who guides the senses with the mind and, without attachment, uses the body to walk the path of action, is far better.

What it means
The goal is not to stop living but to live with a steady mind. Work fully, enjoy your effort, but don't let cravings drive you. That balance is what Krishna calls the better way.

Spoken by Krishna.
