What it means
Imagine being so settled inside that you don't need anyone's approval or anything from anyone. That inner independence lets you love and help others freely, without hidden expectations. How it helps in real life
- Helping others: Helping a friend move house and secretly hoping they'll return the favour? Help fully today and let go of keeping score.
- When you feel alone: Waiting for likes to feel okay after posting? Write one thing you're proud of in a notebook nobody sees.
Spoken by Krishna.
